Q Is there an initial setup for first use?
A No, all Coboblocks products are paired before shipping. Just power it on and have fun.
Q What is the recommended age range for Coboblocks?
A The recommendation is to introduce Coboblocks from the age of four and up. However, with guidance and supervision, younger children can also enjoy and play with Coboblocks. Adults of all ages can have fun coding with Coboblocks.
Q Does my child need any prior knowledge of coding?
A No. Anyone who has experience manipulating LEGO can easily learn coding with Coboblocks. Coboblocks is very intuitive and is designed to help children learn coding through play without prior coding knowledge.
Q Is Coboblocks gender neutral?
A Yes. Coboblocks can be used the same as LEGO
Q Is there a guide or manual for parents?
A Coboblocks is very intuitive. There is no need for a guide and it doesn’t require any prior coding knowledge by parents.
Q In what language will the activity manuals be?
A Initially, the activity manual will be in English. Other languages will be supported in the near future.
Q When can I download activity manuals and obtain accessories?
A The activity manual and all accessories will be available at the download page.
Q What's the difference between the kits, and how do I know which kit to buy?
A The Starter kit focuses on basic movement with motors, the Standard kit allows you to embed LEDs, Sounds, Self-Driving and Line-Tracing. The Premium kit includes everything Coboblocks can offer.

Q How is the robot car and Event block powered?
A There are built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion polymer batteries; 750mAh for the Event block and 1200mAh for the Robot car respectively.
